Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) is India's satirical people's movement. Built for the overqualified, underemployed, and politically frustrated youth of India, we are an uprising against systemic rot. When the reality of Indian politics is a joke, the only serious response is satire. We are the resilient majority that survives every crisis, only to be ignored when the dust settles. The Cockroach Vision
Our political system is broken. It has been nuked by corruption, greed, and nepotism. But you know what survives a nuclear fallout? Cockroaches. We are the Cockroach Janta Party. We are resilient, we are everywhere, and we refuse to die out. For decades, the elite have tried to stamp us out, treating the common citizen like pests. Well, it's time the pests took over the house.
Our Five Demands. Non-negotiable.
1. No Post-Retirement Jobs for Judges: No Rajya Sabha seats, tribunal headships, or governor posts for retiring Supreme Court or High Court judges to ensure absolute judicial independence.
2. Voter Deletion is a Crime: Criminal liability under UAPA for any deleted legitimate vote. We must fiercely protect the electoral roll and the democratic rights of every citizen.
3. 50% Women's Reservation: Immediate implementation of 50% reservation for women in Parliament and Cabinet, without expanding the total seat count, because half the population deserves half the power.
4. Break Media Monopolies: Cancellation of broadcast licences for media houses owned by corporate monopolies to restore truth, integrity, and independence to our journalism.
5. 20-Year Ban for Defectors: A twenty-year bar on defecting MLAs and MPs from contesting elections or holding any public office. Betraying the mandate of the voters must carry a heavy price.
